• Foreclosure Reports
This Report provides complete summary of the recording and key information related to a particular property address. Under this report, we provide information like outstanding liens, judgments, notice of lis pendens and defaults pertaining to the property and title holders, first deed on the property, number of mortgages and assignments, details of the mortgages (date, amount, grantors, grantee, rate of interest and tenure ) etc.
• Trustee's Sale Research
In this type of research, we pull out the Trustee Sale documents published on the County Court's website. We extract information as per the client’s requirement from the documents, making a Trustee's Sale Research (TSR) report providing the foreclosing trustee with the information necessary to process foreclosure. It sets forth the record owners and lists all exceptions of record against the secured property.
• Real Estate Owned (REO) Report
Notice of Real Estate Owned report contains current status of liens, pending suits including bankruptcy and property tax information, agent name, property address, parcel number, balance owed, and other pertinent information required by client.
• MLS Reports for Seller or Buyer
We can provide daily, weekly, monthly MLS reports such as:
